At Hudson & Rose, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain situations may result in only partial refunds or may not qualify for a refund:
- Items not in their original condition or that are damaged.
- Items missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hudsonandrose.com.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, except in cases where the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
